Seeing the creations I have built over the years, and the work the team has created fills my soul. Seeing that “ah ha” moment on a team member’s face or a client’s face when they finally “get it” and understand what we are teaching or creating, motivates me to come to work every day and recreate that experience. If I am using my mind to learn new traits, problem-solve, create solutions and teach someone what I have learned, it’s a fantastic day.

My happy place is: Spending time with my family, typically camping and boating.

Plants have been my passion ever since I was a little girl growing up on my grandpa’s farm. Plants make me happy, and being a part of transforming outdoor spaces is very satisfying to me.

Being physically active in the gym and spending time with our three huskies outdoors. My husband and I got married in Alaska on a glacier due to our love of the outdoors and mountains. I also have over 100 houseplants that I adore taking care of and enjoy propagating.
My happy place is:
We’ve recently purchased an 11-acre property where my husband grew up and it quickly has become our happy and safe place. Sitting on the back porch in the early mornings looking into the black walnut trees, listening to the birds, and watching the deer pass by are some of my favorite weekly moments. Most of our time is dedicated to maintaining the property and starting the first steps of creating our dream homestead.
